Prelisha Singh is a Partner in the Public Law Practice at Webber Wentzel. She focuses on all aspects of constitutional and administrative law and has a particular interest and expertise in public procurement, health, education and local government law.
Prior to joining Webber Wentzel, Prelisha spent a year working as a legal researcher to Justice Van der Westhuizen of the Constitutional Court of South Africa.
Prelisha holds B.Com and LLB degrees from the University of KwaZulu-Natal. She also has a Bachelor Civil Law from the University of Oxford in the United Kingdom.
She is also a Committee Member and Mentor at the Alexandra Education Committee Mentorship Programme, a bursary scheme for high school pupils.
